I acknowledge and agree to this policy form as stated:

Cancellation within 48 hours will be charged 25-50% of the booked service.
No show I will be charged 100% of booked service and not able to rebook with any stylists at Sultry HairCo.
If I am more than 15 minutes late to my appointment it may be canceled and charged a fee of 25-50% of the service.
A $50 non refundable fee is charged to book any color service and if canceled prior to 48 hours it may go towards my next service.

I Agree to pay in FULL for any services provided before leaving the establishment where services were provided. If a form of payment does not work I will provide another form of payment.
